Financial Controller – Sisimiut

About the role

KNI, Greenland's largest trading and service company with more than 800 employees, is recruiting a Financial Controller through its recruitment partner. You will join the finance team at headquarters in Sisimiut, working closely with the chief accountant and colleagues across the organisation. The role combines financial control with a natural lifestyle in Greenland.

Key responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Budgeting
• Controlling across the business
• Optimising and modernising processes
• Active role in the ERP implementation (Dynamics 365 FO)
• Ad hoc analyses and business support

Required profile

• Economic degree such as HD(R) or Cand. Merc. Aud, followed by solid experience in audit or a similar role as Financial Controller
• Experience with accounting, reporting and controlling
• Fluent Danish, spoken and written
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and their implementation
• Interest in moving to Greenland; knowledge of Greenlandic culture or language is an advantage but not required
