About the role

We are looking for a motivated Controller to join the newly established Quality Assurance Department of Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq in Nuuk. You will play a key part in ensuring the quality of public assistance services and contribute to the department’s rapid development.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and assess quality of case handling for public assistance, job‑search benefits, early retirement and old‑age pensions.
• Provide case processing and advisory services across the listed benefit areas.
• Perform administrative tasks linked to case handling.
• Participate in development projects aimed at improving work processes.
• Handle ad‑hoc assignments, shaping solutions as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant education (e.g., TNI or equivalent).
• Experience with multiple case‑handling systems.
• Ability to carry out calculations accurately.
• Curious, collaborative, and ready to take responsibility.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment while supporting colleagues.
• Positive, structured attitude.
• Fluency in Greenlandic and Danish is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience in case handling and familiarity with IT tools such as Getorganized, AX Prisme, or Winformatik is advantageous.
