Socialrådgiver til folkeskole

About the role

The school is looking for a qualified social worker (socialrådgiver) to strengthen student wellbeing, cohesion and the learning environment at a primary school with 65 pupils from grades 1‑10.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate social support activities for students and families.
• Conduct outreach, individual conversations and counseling with children and parents.
• Provide advice and guidance to teaching staff on social‑educational matters.
• Manage case files and develop action plans for pupils needing assistance.
• Strengthen school‑home collaboration and act as primary contact for students requiring social interventions.
• Participate in crisis response, anti‑bullying, substance‑abuse and wellbeing initiatives.
• Collaborate with external partners such as family services, health and prevention units, MISI and other school social workers.

Required profile

• Qualified social worker or equivalent professional education.
• Relevant experience in child and youth social work.
• Ability to work independently, be proactive and develop the role within the school.
• Strong relational skills with children, young people and families.
• Willingness to engage in outreach and persistent problem‑solving.
• Commitment to close cooperation with school staff and external partners.
