About the role

Gadeteamet in Tasiilaq is looking for a social or health‑care professional to join its integrated prevention team. The role focuses on outreach, training and personalised support for homeless and socially vulnerable citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct street outreach in Tasiilaq to engage homeless and socially vulnerable individuals.
• Provide social skills training in group settings (Botræning) and in clients’ homes.
• Develop individual assessment rooms and create action plans with follow‑up support.
• Document case work, plan follow‑up activities and ensure continuous monitoring.

Required profile

• Social or health‑care education with genuine curiosity for the target group.
• Ability to build close relationships with vulnerable clients and work robustly in challenging environments.
• Flexibility, systematic approach and openness to innovation.
• Knowledge of Tasiilaq and, optionally, bilingual in Greenlandic and Danish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication.
• First aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
