About the role

We are looking for three dedicated staff members to join Maligiaq, an integrated childcare institution serving 96 children aged 0‑6. No formal pedagogical education is required – the most important qualities are stability, responsibility and a genuine interest in working closely with children, colleagues and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in play, activities and outings.
• Provide children with care, presence and a sense of security.
• Support children’s well‑being, development and independence.
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, dressing, naptime, personal hygiene and cleaning.
• Observe and respond to each child’s individual needs and progress.
• Collaborate respectfully with parents and team members.
• Take part in staff meetings and joint planning sessions.
• Follow guidance from qualified staff and management.
