About the role
GrønlandsBANKEN is looking for a motivated private customer advisor to provide top‑level financial solutions and advice to clients in Sisimiut. You will be responsible for building and managing your own portfolio while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice on housing finance, investments and pensions.
- Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Apply solid credit expertise and contribute to new solutions and opportunities for clients.
- Support the branch’s processes and customer‑oriented initiatives.
Required profile
- Team player with a positive attitude, proactive and energetic.
- Independent, structured and capable of working autonomously.
- Committed to the bank’s values: engaged, decent, customer‑oriented and development‑focused.
Required skills
- Strong credit handling abilities.
- Good IT skills, preferably experience with BEC’s platform.
