Customer Advisor in Qaqortoq

About the role

GrønlandsBANKEN is looking for a motivated private customer advisor to join its Qaqortoq branch. You will deliver top‑level financial advice and create strong solutions for clients while contributing to the bank’s goal of the best customer experience in Greenland.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic advice on mortgage financing, investments and pensions.
• Develop and manage your own customer portfolio with a focus on excellent client experience.
• Apply strong credit‑assessment skills and use IT tools, preferably the BEC platform.
• Proactively create new solutions and opportunities for customers.
• Support the team with good humour, energy and a collaborative attitude.

Required profile

• Solid professional foundation and passion for customer contact and advice.
• Ability to work independently, in a structured way and contribute to branch processes.
• Team‑player who brings positivity and proactive energy to the workplace.

Required skills

• Good IT competence, especially experience with the BEC platform.
• Strong credit‑assessment abilities.
