About the role

GrønlandsBANKEN is seeking a motivated private customer advisor to join its Sisimiut branch. The role focuses on delivering top‑level financial advice and creating tailored solutions that enhance the bank’s reputation for the best customer experience in Greenland.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice on housing finance, investments, and pensions.
• Develop and manage a personal client portfolio with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Apply solid credit‑handling techniques while leveraging IT tools, especially the BEC platform.
• Proactively identify new solutions and opportunities for clients based on advisory insights.
• Contribute positively to team spirit, department well‑being, and overall branch performance.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in financial advisory with a passion for client contact.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and support branch processes.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Open to continuous development, whether early‑career or seasoned.

Required skills

• Experience with the BEC banking platform (preferred).
• Good IT proficiency to support digital advisory services.
