About the role

We are looking for qualified pedagogues to join the team at Puiaq, an integrated day‑care centre. The role focuses on fostering children’s development, wellbeing and group dynamics while supporting the institution’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver development‑focused activities for infants and preschool‑age children.
• Maintain safe, nurturing environments that promote strong relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents in pedagogical discussions and decision‑making.
• Contribute to the institution’s goals of nature‑based pedagogy, security and creativity.
• Participate in continuous improvement of daily routines and educational programmes.

Required profile

• Qualified pedagogue (early‑childhood educator).
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Willingness to cooperate with staff and families.
• Adaptable and open to change.
• Capable of planning stimulating, development‑oriented activities.
