About the role

GrønlandsBANKEN is launching a structured trainee programme for aspiring business and financial advisors. The position offers a hands‑on introduction to advising Greenlandic enterprises on financial management, budgeting and strategic development.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in analysing financial statements and developing budgeting plans.
• Assist in preparing advisory reports on business development and investment opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops and internal training sessions.
• Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of advisory processes.

Required profile

• Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong motivation to work in a client‑facing advisory environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and Greenlandic (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
