Erhvervstrainee – two‑year banking training program

About the role

GrønlandsBANKEN is looking for a motivated and curious individual to join its corporate banking division as an Erhvervstrainee. Over a two‑year structured training programme you will gain hands‑on experience in business banking and develop the skills needed to become a future corporate advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist corporate clients with financial advice, financing solutions and daily banking operations.
• Participate in client meetings and help prepare business cases.
• Develop understanding of credit analysis, investment products, pension schemes and mortgage financing.
• Follow a targeted learning path that includes both internal and external training.
• Receive regular feedback and coaching to improve professional and personal competencies.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor in finance, business economics, accounting or related fields.
• Strong ambition, proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for personal learning.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team.
• Interest in the business sector and the Greenlandic economy.
