About the role

The municipality of Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq is looking for a Development Consultant to join its Personnel Development Department. You will work within a small team to drive learning, development and change initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Kivitsisuuvugut program forward with a focus on learning, development and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain frameworks that support employee learning and growth.
• Plan and execute onboarding processes for new managers.
• Create material that helps new staff start effectively in the municipality.
• Support organisational change by turning new initiatives into practical solutions.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in workplace development and change management.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse professional groups and foster engagement among staff and leaders.
• Proficiency in Greenlandic and Danish; English language skills are a plus.
• Bilingualism in Greenlandic and Danish is advantageous but not mandatory.
