About the role

The municipality is looking for two qualified pedagogues to work at the integrated day‑care centre Tikiusaaq. The role focuses on providing a calm, caring and secure environment for children during their stay at the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the wellbeing and safety of children in the nursery and kindergarten sections.
• Observe children’s needs and respond with appropriate, nurturing actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and creative learning atmosphere.

Required profile

• Qualified as a pedagogue or equivalent.
• Attentive to children’s needs and able to act accordingly.
• Recognising, inclusive and able to find creative solutions.
• Bilingual in Greenlandic and Danish is an advantage, not a requirement.
