About the role

An engaged and dedicated pedagogue is sought to help build, maintain and develop a children’s institution where close relationships and the development and well‑being of each child and group are central.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement development‑focused activities for children in two nursery groups (12 children each) and two kindergarten groups (20 children each).
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and management to create a safe, supportive environment that respects diversity and promotes mental robustness.

Required profile

• Qualified pedagogue with ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Cooperative attitude towards colleagues and parents, adaptable, and able to plan enriching activities.
• Fluency in Danish and Greenlandic is an advantage, though not mandatory.
