About the role

The Strategic Consultant will support the ministry in shaping long‑term strategies, budgeting, procurement and sustainability reporting. The role bridges internal departments, senior management and external EU guidelines to ensure coherent decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on planning, budgeting and hardware procurement.
• Develop and monitor project plans, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting, including CSRD and ESRS compliance.
• Prepare financial analyses, presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Liaise with EU bodies and internal stakeholders to align initiatives with regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education and 2‑3 years of experience in internal or corporate consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in sustainability reporting or familiarity with CSRD/ESRS standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior officials and external partners.
