Outgoing Development Consultant – Personnel Development

About the role

We are looking for an outgoing Development Consultant to join the Personnel Development Department of Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq. You will help translate strategic development initiatives into concrete actions, focusing on competence development, sustainable change, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Kivitsisuuvugut culture project, ensuring a focus on competence development and co‑creation.
• Create and nurture a learning environment that promotes skill growth for all staff.
• Design and facilitate the onboarding process for new leaders.
• Develop effective onboarding materials for new employees.
• Contribute to change‑process initiatives, including the implementation of sustainable measures.

Required profile

• Experience in change management or organizational development.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and engage employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in Greenlandic and Danish; English is an advantage.
