About the role

We are looking for an engaged and dedicated assistant to support the daily operations of Soralu, an integrated daycare located in a scenic natural setting. The role involves contributing to a safe, nurturing environment where each child's development and well‑being are prioritized.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering development‑focused activities for children.
• Support the creation of a stable, positive daily routine for the children.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents in pedagogical discussions.
• Maintain a clean and safe indoor and outdoor environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the institution’s goals.

Required profile

• Experience working with children’s development, no formal qualification required.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Strong collaborative attitude toward colleagues and parents.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs.
• Capability to plan and implement enriching activities.

Required skills

• Basic child‑care and supervision skills.
