Intern supervisor til Indsatsområdet

About the role

The position is an internal supervisor for the Indsatsområdet within the Administration for Children and Families. The supervisor provides case supervision for roughly 80 staff members across five units, creating a professional space for reflection on concrete cases, roles, and possible actions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions based on concrete cases.
• Facilitate professional reflection and help staff view cases from multiple perspectives.
• Support staff in identifying professional options in complex situations.
• Work with relational dynamics that arise in work with children, youth, and families.
• Contribute to learning and development across the five units.
• Maintain clear, safe supervision frameworks, ensuring confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Required profile

• Relevant therapeutic education (e.g., psychotherapist or equivalent).
• Experience with both individual and group supervision.
• Familiarity with work involving children, youth, and families.
• Understanding of complex social and family problems.
• Strong relational and communication abilities.
• Ability to stay neutral and professional, even in difficult cases.
• Capacity to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
