About the role

The municipality of Sermersooq is looking for a dedicated "flyver" to support the daily operations of Vuggestue Uiloq, a nursery in Nuussuaq. The role involves flexible assistance across the whole facility, helping staff and children as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with child care in any of the three rooms, providing support to the pedagogues, social helpers and assistants.
• Perform light cleaning tasks, including laundry and folding of washed items.
• Help in the kitchen when required, supporting meal preparation and service.

Required profile

• Non‑professional background, eager to work with young children.
• Flexible and able to work independently as well as cooperate with the team.
• Clear communication skills and a stable, reliable attitude.
