About the role

We are looking for a permanent staff member to join Atuarfik Inussuk AKO, an after‑school care unit serving two schools and three AKO locations. The role involves supporting the development of a new school environment and ensuring a safe, engaging space for children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement pedagogical development processes.
• Take pedagogical and practical responsibility for daily activities.
• Assist in parent meetings and communication.
• Act as a role model to promote a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Collaborative and positive attitude with a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, community‑focused setting.
• High ambition for personal and professional development.
• Fluency in Greenlandic and Danish is an advantage, but not mandatory.
