About the role

Kangillinnguit Atuarfiat is seeking three qualified teachers for its middle‑school grades. The school emphasizes personal, social and academic development within a collaborative community of students, parents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons in subjects such as Danish, English, religion/philosophy, social studies, history, science and physical education.
• Integrate digital tools, including iPad‑based educational apps, into daily teaching.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and support school‑wide initiatives.
• Maintain open communication with students, parents and school leadership.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a seminar education or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work in a flexible, differentiated and development‑focused teaching environment.
• Commitment to contributing to a positive school culture and team dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using iPad and educational applications for instruction.
