About the role

Join the newly established Police Professional Strategy and Development unit of the Greenland Police. You will support the strategic and organisational evolution of the police force, translating high‑level ambitions into concrete actions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Chief Police Inspector and the leadership team with organisational and leadership development initiatives.
• Prepare analyses, annual programmes, reports, briefing notes and evaluations to underpin decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain knowledge‑sharing platforms such as POLintra and SharePoint.
• Coordinate collaboration with external authorities, NGOs and municipalities.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education (e.g., social sciences, law, economics, organisation).
• Strong analytical abilities and structured approach to complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Danish and English.
• Ability to work flexibly, prioritize multiple tasks and create clear structures.
