About the role

PILU A/S, an architectural practice based in Nuuk, is looking for experienced project leaders to drive medium‑size and complex building projects from early concept through design, tendering and construction. You will provide direction, structure and momentum while actively participating in the design phase.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from early stages through design, tender and execution.
• Establish and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, deliverables and risks.
• Facilitate clear communication and timely decisions with owners, authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate design teams, consultant interfaces and BIM/ICT processes, ensuring agreements translate into actions.
• Maintain alignment between architectural intent, technical solutions, work descriptions and tender documents.
• Quality‑check project materials and manage clarifications, changes and deliveries during construction.
• Participate actively in the design process, offering construction‑technical insight and professional sparring.

Required profile

• Qualified architect or building constructor.
• Proven experience managing medium‑size or complex construction projects through all phases.
• Ability to control time, cost, quality, deliverables and risks, and to clarify decision needs for all parties.
• Strong understanding of interfaces between owners, consultants, authorities and contractors.
• Clear communicator capable of leading meetings and negotiations.

Required skills

• BIM (Building Information Modeling) proficiency.
