About the role

We are looking for an engaged and dedicated assistant to support the daily operations of Soralu, an integrated childcare institution located in a scenic natural setting. The role focuses on fostering close relationships, promoting each child's development, and contributing to a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate activities for children in the nursery and preschool groups.
• Support the creation of a stable, secure daily routine that encourages positive relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents in pedagogical discussions and decision‑making.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating indoor and outdoor environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training courses, and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Experience working with children and supporting their development, even without formal qualifications.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Strong collaborative attitude toward colleagues and families.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs.
• Capability to plan and implement enriching activities for children.
