Flight Operations Officer

About the role

Our client, a leading aviation company operating fixed‑wing and rotary services across Europe, is looking for permanent Flight Operations Officers. The position can be based in Denmark or Greenland and involves coordinating flight traffic and supporting technical and cargo teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate traffic and plan flight departures.
• Work closely with technical teams, station staff and cargo teams.
• Ensure all crew hold the required licences, certifications and training.
• Initiate EMS procedures in case of accidents or emergencies.

Required profile

• Ideally some experience in a similar role such as operations, flight dispatch, AFIS or traffic assistance.
• Excellent communication skills; English is mandatory and Danish is a plus.
• Calm, flexible, team‑player with a solid understanding of flight and duty time limitations and manuals.
