About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare written communications such as case presentations, notes, analyses, and consultation responses.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate activities between political committees and administrative units.
• Support the department’s financial management and budgeting processes.
• Develop and improve work procedures and new workflows.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background at bachelor or master level; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Interest in contributing to a politically driven organization and making a difference for the community.
• Willingness to engage socially and professionally within the department.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
