About the role

The Integrated Institution Naasut is looking for three qualified pedagogical staff members to join the team. You will work closely with the institution leader to support the development, wellbeing, and learning of children in both the nursery and kindergarten sections.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the leader to create a nurturing environment focused on each child's and group's development.
• Take responsibility for daily activities in the classroom, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Work constructively with children, colleagues, and parents, fostering positive relationships.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that align with the institution’s values and goals.

Required profile

• Completed social‑helper (socialhjælper) education.
• Understanding of child development and ability to apply it in practice.
• Stable, collaborative, and open to change.
• Positive outlook and willingness to take responsibility in the classroom.
• Bilingual ability in Greenlandic and Danish is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Pedagogical education and training.
• Knowledge of child development principles.
