About the role

The school is seeking a Socialrådgiver to support student wellbeing and foster collaboration between the school, families, and external partners. You will act as a key advisor to school leadership, teachers, and pedagogues, strengthening preventive and interdisciplinary work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to students in vulnerable situations.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, school management and external agencies such as social services and MISI.
• Implement preventive measures to enhance wellbeing and inclusion.
• Participate in network meetings and interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the development of wellbeing policies and action plans.

Required profile

• Qualified social worker with experience working with children, youth and families.
• Knowledge of wellbeing, child development and working with vulnerable families.
• Solution‑focused, appreciative approach and ability to build trustful relationships.
• Good communication, collaborative and flexible attitude.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic school environment undergoing change.

Required skills

• Understanding of social welfare legislation and child protection procedures.
