About the role

We are looking for an engaged Social Helper to join our kindergarten team, working with children aged 3‑6. The role focuses on supporting the development, daily operation and retention initiatives of the institution, ensuring each child’s wellbeing and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to creating a safe, coherent daily routine through positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Plan and deliver development‑focused activities that promote curiosity, resilience and happiness.
• Assist the leadership in implementing the institution’s goals and monitoring progress.

Required profile

• Completed education as a Social Helper or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and adapt to changing needs.
• Collaborative attitude towards colleagues and parents.
• Capability to design and organise developmental activities for children.
• Fluency in Greenlandic and Danish is an advantage, but not mandatory.
