About the role

The position is for a home‑helper who will support elderly and disabled citizens in their own homes. You will work closely with the Arsuk branch office, providing personal care, guidance and rehabilitation to improve clients' independence and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care and personal assistance to clients.
• Guide and support clients in daily activities and rehabilitation exercises.
• Administer and document medication.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage complex client cases and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and their families.
• Implement health‑promoting and preventive measures in collaboration with clients.
• Observe, identify and respond to physical and mental health symptoms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses and therapists, to create action plans.
• Introduce and mentor new staff and students.

Required profile

• Stable, responsible and able to work independently.
• Committed to professional development and high‑quality care.
• Empathetic, flexible and able to handle diverse client situations.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Driving licence preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically healthy and able to manage demanding situations.
