Teamleder Operations til Ilulissat

About the role

Blue Water is looking for a hands‑on Team Leader Operations to manage its terminal team in Ilulissat, Greenland. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring efficient terminal operations and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organise a team of 7 employees, conduct department meetings and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Oversee daily terminal operations, participate in the Ilulissat leadership group and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement IT solutions and optimise operational workflows.
• Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration across Greenlandic locations.

Required profile

• Authentic, relationship‑building leader motivated by people development.
• Ability to delegate tasks, identify improvement opportunities and work in a structured manner.
• Fluent in Danish and English; knowledge of Greenlandic is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with terminal operations or freight forwarding (preferred).
• Proficiency in implementing IT tools and improving work processes.
