Souschef for Integrated Day Institution Paarsisoq

About the role

The Integrated Day Institution Paarsisoq is seeking a dedicated souschef to support leadership and daily work with children. You will contribute to the development of children and the continuous improvement of management and organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the leader in managing the institution and take responsibility during the leader’s absence.
• Develop and plan pedagogical activities that support children’s skills, communication and social interaction.
• Maintain close communication with staff, parents and children, focusing on individual and group development and well‑being.
• Apply anti‑bullying materials, appreciative pedagogy and pedagogical sport to promote respect, motor skills and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Qualified preschool teacher (pædagog).
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and be flexible.
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and parents and to contribute to organisational change.
• Experience with ITO in kindergarten settings.
