Property Officer – Housing Service

About the role

We are looking for two new colleagues to join our housing service office in Sisimiut. The role is service‑oriented, varied and involves close collaboration with residents and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute work in the housing department, including move‑in inspections and follow‑up of deficiency lists.
• Conduct move‑out inspections, prepare reports and initiate renovations in coordination with the inspector.
• Oversee daily technical inspections, routine maintenance and cleaning of the residential area.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Handle various ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Service‑mindset with practical problem‑solving experience.
• Craftsman background and knowledge of property maintenance.
• High‑level IT user competence for digital inspections.
• Ability to communicate politely and competently with all parties.
• Independent, initiative‑taking and good at teamwork.
• Fluent in Greenlandic and Danish, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with property upkeep.
• Proficiency in digital inspection tools.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
