Child and Social Assistants (2 positions) at Paarsisor

About the role

We are seeking two qualified Child and Social Assistants to join Paarsisor, an integrated institution caring for 30 children aged 0‑6 years. The centre operates from 07:30 to 16:30 and offers a supportive environment for both staff and families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision for children in the 0‑2 and 3‑6 age groups.
• Assist the lead pedagogues and other staff in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Support outdoor activities throughout the year, adapting to seasonal conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including basic cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate closely with parents to ensure each child’s needs are met.

Required profile

• Formal education as a child and social assistant.
• Open, positive attitude and strong engagement with children.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliability, flexibility, and stability in work schedule.
