About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic substitute staff to join the Puiaq Daycare institution. The role involves supporting the daily care and development of children in a setting that values close relationships, nature‑based pedagogy and the well‑being of each child and group.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering daily activities that align with the institution’s pedagogical goals.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children during open‑ and close‑shifts (starting at 7:00, 8:00 or 9:00).
• Collaborate with permanent staff and parents to discuss and implement educational initiatives.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability, ensuring smooth operation of the daycare.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of development‑focused activity plans.

Required profile

• Interest and engagement in early childhood education.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Willingness to cooperate with colleagues and parents and discuss pedagogical topics.
• Flexibility and openness to change.
• Strong sense of punctuality and ability to work morning shifts.
