About the role

We are looking for a motivated leader to head the Production Group at Greenland's largest bank in Nuuk. The role involves overseeing a team of eight employees who support private‑customer advisors with case handling, loan documentation, securities, and ad‑hoc tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the team members.
• Ensure high quality and efficiency in task execution.
• Plan and prioritize work assignments and resources.
• Contribute to process optimisation and workflow improvements.
• Guarantee compliance with bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with other bank departments and senior management.

• Relevant banking education with leadership experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Legal insight or interest in legal matters.
