HR‑konsulent (barselsvikariat) i kommunal HR‑afdeling

About the role

This position is a maternity cover for an HR consultant within a municipal HR department. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to advise and support managers on a wide range of HR and personnel matters.

Key responsibilities

• Administrative handling of hires and terminations.
• Processing personnel cases in close cooperation with management.
• Advising managers on personnel issues and employment‑law matters according to current collective agreements.
• Ensuring quality of HR procedures and contributing to daily operational tasks.
• Participating in development and implementation projects and handling ad‑hoc cases.

Required profile

• Experience in HR or case handling, preferably within the public sector.
• Familiarity with personnel administration and collective agreements for Greenlandic authorities.
• Relevant education in HR, administration or a related field.
• Structured, independent work style with strong initiative and service orientation.
• Good collaboration skills and ability to maintain overview in a varied workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Getorganized system.
• Proficiency with the Mindkey system.
