About the role

The Property Officer will work in the Qaqortoq property service office, providing top‑level service to residents and ensuring smooth operation of the housing department.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute work in the housing department, including move‑in inspections, drafting and following up deficiency lists.
• Conduct move‑out inspections, prepare reports and initiate repairs in coordination with inspectors.
• Supervise daily tasks related to technical installations, routine maintenance and cleaning of the residential area.
• Perform minor repairs and other ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented, responsible and able to handle a variety of practical tasks.
• Craft background with knowledge of property maintenance.
• High‑level IT user comfortable with digital inspection tools.
• Open communicator, independent, initiative‑driven and good at planning and follow‑up.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Advanced IT proficiency (digital inspection systems).
