CMOC Lead – Radar Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

InDyne is seeking a CMOC Lead to direct the Computer and Radar Maintenance work centers at Pituffik Space Base, Greenland. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role ensures radar system availability, accurate reporting, and rapid resolution of critical failures.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with government agencies and contractors to accomplish mission‑essential tasks.
• Develop and submit a Monthly Maintenance Schedule that minimizes downtime.
• Review hardware/software modification proposals, conduct testing, and manage configuration of system hardware and software.
• Write, review, and update procedures and Operating Instructions.
• Analyze software and hardware failures, prepare Standard Change Forms, and verify fixes.
• Maintain an accurate Satellite Catalog and provide Space Surveillance Data.
• Create shift and vacation schedules and manage training of subordinates.
• Implement company and government policies, direct work‑center activities, and act as Quality Control augmentee per ISO 9001:2000.
• Manage radar supplies, bench stock, TMDE, and Time Compliance Technical Orders.
• Oversee daily activities of Site Analysts, Information System Administrators, and Radar Maintenance Technicians.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a civilian or Air Force radar electronics repair course.
• Five years experience with SGI servers and workstations.
• Five years experience with UNIX, SGI/IRIX or Solaris operating systems.
• Two years lead or management experience.
• Three years experience with Missile Warning and/or Space tracking systems.
• Active Secret security clearance and CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
