About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out developmental activities for children.
• Provide support and encouragement, fostering a safe and stimulating environment.
• Step in for the pedagog when absent and collaborate with colleagues and parents.

Required profile

• Qualified social helper with ability to work independently.
• Cooperative, adaptable and able to maintain strong relationships with children and staff.
• Willing to obtain required criminal and child protection certificates.

Required skills

• Experience planning child‑focused activities.
• Ability to support children’s emotional and social development.
