About the role

The position supports the administrative engine behind the municipality’s childcare, school and leisure services. You will ensure that financial and procedural processes run smoothly so that the focus can remain on children’s learning, development and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Invoice posting (Fakturakontering)
• Controlling the department’s budget usage
• Disbursing quarterly grants to self‑governing institutions
• Ordering travel tickets
• Archive management
• Procurement of goods and office supplies
• Ad‑hoc tasks across the administration

Required profile

• Relevant vocational education in office administration (HK)
• Understanding of economics and budgeting
• Good knowledge of IT and user‑level Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Required skills

• Excel (user level)
• Ax/Prisme (advantage)
