About the role

Paarsisoq is looking for two qualified pedagogues to join its integrated day institution in Nuuk. You will work daily with children, supporting their development and well‑being within a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver pedagogical activities that foster children’s skills, communication and social interaction.
• Apply appreciative pedagogy and anti‑bullying materials (Kammagiitta suitcase) to promote respect, boundaries and inclusion.
• Use pedagogical sports to help children develop motor skills and decision‑making abilities.
• Maintain close communication with parents and colleagues, ensuring transparent information flow.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the institution’s leadership and organisational practices.

Required profile

• Formal education as a pedagogue.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Strong collaborative attitude toward colleagues and parents.
• Flexibility and willingness to participate in change initiatives.
• Capability to plan development‑focused activities.
• Solid foundation in the use of IT tools.
• Proficiency in both Greenlandic and Danish is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Required skills

• IT proficiency (general computer skills).
